About us
We’ve been doing Property Management since 2018 specialized in the Marietta, Kennesaw, Acworth, and Woodstock areas. To date, we manage 8 single family homes where each bedroom is treated as a unit. On average, this translates to managing 24 tenants per year.
Over our time in business, we’ve built strong relationships with contractors and handymen across all professions. This way you can rest assured that you’ll receive quality work, at a fair price, when you need it the most! We’ve also built trust and connections with Renters and their network throughout our years in business, producing referrals that exceed the number of units available to rent.
Although our experience has a near 100% satisfaction from both Tenants and Landlords, we have experience when things go as planned. In the 7 years, we’ve managed 100+ tenant agreements, and only ONCE had to take a claim to the Magistrate Court and on behalf of the Landlord.
